New project, as my Supra has paint problems, I'm out of paint for my S2000, and I don't feel like working on my NSX.
I saw this at my LHS and bought it. I'll be painting it Brilliant Blue, and I'm taking off the door and making it open. This is my first time opening a door and considering I was using a knife for cutting tomatoes, I think I did pretty well.

inside of door.
http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa201/zacharyzoomy_2007/Models/102_3969.jpgthe door sort of cracked, so I filled it in with glue, but it now feels like a part of the door is made with rubber.
http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa201/zacharyzoomy_2007/Models/102_3965.jpgI know its pretty messy, but I'll get it cleaned up. Its not nearly as bad in real life.

ouch, you should read the FAQ next time im surprised you didnt cut your hand. thats not bad its a clean but you're gonna work twice as hard to make it look good. its rubbery for now just let the glue completely dry.

Let me know if you need some reference pics. I've got a '93 Touring model sitting in my carport.

Next time you cut a door off, try a sharpie or stainless steel wire, much cleaner, nice work tho. Cant wait to see more

that knife should stick to tomatoes :runaround: xacto knives are super cheap and really precise
