•Iraq claims it has found an Israeli missile in Baghdad and accuses Israel of "taking part in this aggression against Iraq," Iraqi Foreign Minister Naji Sabri said Sunday. The Israeli government denied the claim, government spokesman Daniel Seaman saying, "Israel is not engaged in this war in any way."
They will continue to lie. Hell Iraq claims they have run the coalition out of southern iraq.

actually the worst thing israel could do is show more aggression
i haven't heard anything about the palestinians for a while since all the news is dominated by iraq.
I'm finding it slighlty unnerving seeing both sides in the fight attack each other on TV it just seems so sureal nothing like that has happened before in a country that is of one side ? Has it?

Isreal has agreed to sit on the sidelines during this conflict at the request of President Bush. They have agreed as long as Iraq does not launch missles at them at which time they will promptly join the fight. I believe that Isreal will promptly join the battle at which time they choose should Iraq fire on them. With all the Arab Nations that oppose Isreal I would rather see them stay out of this conflict however as well armed as they are it would also shorten the length of this conflict

As long as Iraq doesn't get a SCUD (or whatever) to Isreal, they'll stay out of the fight. If they get hit, I expect they'll be sending their own ordinance into Iraq.

As usual, the Arab world blames the Jews/Zionist entity for everything.

Countires like Jordan and the more US supportive states are generally on better terms with Israel.
Sorry if I got riled up, comments about jews boil my blood. See "Letter to Mochael Moore" in this forum for more angry respones.
