Just to clarify blower speed position 5 works and 1-4 still don't?
Did you check to see if 12 volts is at the fuse socket that feeds the climate control unit? If the 12 volts is not there then back track to the ignition switch. If present forward to the climate control unit. Position 5 hi speed uses 12 volts straight off the battery so that would explain why it is working,

What brand blower motor resistor (BMR) did you use?
When you have unresolvable blower motor problems such as this like after replacing the BMR the ignition switch is suspect but it is better to try to troubleshoot it a little better. It is a common problem so it is a possibility.
