97 & 99 Brake light & heater relay???

My 1999 has the BRAKE light on all the time...????

My 1997 heater fan goes on when it wants to???? BMW asking $1200...what's going on? email [email protected] please.

On my '88 750 I solved the brake light issue by replacing the stop light switch. On my car I slid under the dash and next to the brake pedal arm, up towrd the dash, the stop light switch resided. A simple R&R and no more problem.
