96 ranger front rotor help

i cant get the front rotor off my 96 2wd ranger is thre a special tool i dont know if the bearing is seized up and keeping it from coming off any help would be greatly appreciated

I'm assuming that the bearing nut is taken off and that you can see the wheel bearing. If so, it's quite possible that the bearing has seized into the hub of the rotor. I had this happen once on my Ranger when the bearing started squeeling. A slide hammer was needed to pull the rotor off the truck.
