head lights get stuck on? help

My head lights get stuck on for some reason i thinks its the relay getting stuck in the closed position? DOES ANYONE KNOW WERE THE RELAY FOR THE HEADLIGHTS ARE?

they are in the fuse box. or right next to it, i cant remember.
