Problems startin

I have a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. During cold weather it will not start at all. anyone have any ideas on what it could be?

How long since a tune-up?

Last tune up was Jan. 2008. It wont start early in the morning when its cold out but later in the day when it warms up it will start right up.
