Heated mirrors

Does anyone know how to remove the mirror itself from an 03 montana? The drivers side mirror doesn't heat up and I am wondering if its unplug or something at the mirror. Passenger side works fine.

On my 2000, you just remove a triangular piece of trim from the inside door trim and there are three bolts underneath for the mirror.

Well I want to get the mirror or the glass itself off.
