1991 7.4 no spark no fuel

i changed everything but the ecm still no fuel or spark. the only thing i didnt check or replace was the pickup coil in the dist. would this cause no spark or fuel.thanks.

Yes it could.

How is the voltage to everything?
Have you check the dist module?
Is the dist turning when cranking?

the voltage is good on everything in the ign and fuel sys. i changed the coil,ign module,oil pressure switch,pump relay,checked all fuses,but i dont have power to pump fuse under the hood. i didnt check the pickup coil in the distributor,or ecm.thanks
