Could this be a vacuum leak?

I just had my injectors cleaned and the car is running again but not well. It feels like the car is stuggling to rev up (it does it very slowly) I also get a poping from the intake. The hose from the ICV to the intake hose is cracked on the end, but tapping it had no affect. The car also appears to be running a little rich. When I unplug the ICV it runs a little bit better, idles a bit higher, but still low.

Thanks

Bingo! You have a possible problem. I'm sure you can find more leaks. Get a can of a fluid of your choice & spray around all the rubber hoses on the intake manifold. When you hit a leak, the revs will pick up if you have used a flammable fluid. Do so at your own risk & pearl. I always use starting fluid and have a fire extinguisher at your side, just in case.
