06 f150 cold whistle

My 06 f150 5.4 has an annoying cold weather wistle, I am sure this is common, because my wifes 02 expedition has a similar whisle when its cold outside, hers goes away, mine does not. can anyone help me with this or does anyone else have this same annoyance??
