ABS Problems

We have a 2004 Avalon XLS. Whenever the ambient temp drops below about 40F, we get the following fault indicators: BRAKE, VSC, and ABS. We have a service appt scheduled for next week, but I'd like to go in there with some inkling of the likely cause. I'm guessing one of the ABS sensors, but would appreciate your thoughts.

The only things I could find is Master Cyclinder fluid level. Has that been checked ?

Sorry I could not be of more help.

Thanks for the reply. Now that you say that, I seem to recall that this is what happens when the brake pads need to be replaced (which also causes the brake fluid to go low). Duh...

Are those the type with the sensor built into the pads ?

It was just low on brake fluid, likely from a small leak found at a fitting. All is good now!
