Heater Fan

1989 Chevy G20 5.7 Liter 350 V-8 Heater Fan Stoped Working bought and put new relay switch on still nothing fuse was blown put new in and did not blow but still no hi or low heat works but only from engine going could it be the resistor? or the hi/lo switch itself? or do you think the blower motor is bad? PLEASE HELP -7 degreeses here and kids got to go to school grrrr thanks, Joe

Does the fan work on any settings, such as High? Have you checked anything, fuses, blower resistor, connector at the blower motor, etc.?
What year is the G20?

-Rod 1989 chevy g-20 5.7 liter,fan does not work on any settings, it also has a rear heater and having no problems with that but it did seam to work better with new resistor, had blown fuse replaced and nothing, put new relay on still nothing, put new resistor on and nothing, but did notice a lot of leaves in resistor area and looks like they are in the core as well going to replace heater fan (20 bucks with lifetime warentey WOW) tomarrow and vacume out motor ,resistor, and core area tomarrow will let you know if that works i hope it does. It just has to happen in the coldest week of the year doing all this in -7 below weather grrrrrrrrr!!!!!
