Block heater location

Hey guys, I have a 2006 Lincoln LS and the thing wont' start (it's -28 F) here right now. Just wondering where lincoln hides the block heater plug on these things if it is equipped with one. I've been looking around under the hood and don't see a plug anywhere. Thanks.

Was not standard equipped, if added, a special receptacle came out of the lower grille.
