plastic nipple for bypass water pump to intake broke pllzz help

well i dont know if i explained it right in the title but heres something a little bit better..if anyone knows about the plastic nipple or whatever the bypass hose connects to from the water pump to the block or intake manifold broke the threads are stuck in is there anyway of getting it out.. i did a $3 temp fix with some plastic hose connecter from advance and some left over high temp silicone gasket maker holding up but still loosing coolant but staying under 220...but i just need to know what i need to get the rest of that peice out.. i have the replacement metal part ready to go in. someone let me know something plz

They make a tool to remove these. Until I had the tool I used to use a large enough chisel to bit into the plastic but not so large that it would tear into the threads. Once its pounded in you can use a wrench on the chisel to twist it out. One of two things will happen. It will either come out in one piece or it will break apart. Either way it will come out.
