chevy 6.0 starting problem

on cold days or if not driven for a long period of time,u can turn the ignition over and over and it won't start but if u do small intervals of cranks it starts with no problem

check for the proper fuel pressure...should be around 60psi...when engine shuts down should hold and very slowly drop a few psi over 15min...
