2002 stratus RT spark plug Wire

Can anyone tell my why the number 3 spark plug wire pops off. I replace the plugs and wires but the number 3 it keeps coming off.

Its probably worn try crimping the connector some with needle nose pliers. Don't bend it out of shape just make the diameter smaller so its tight on the plug.
