Long overdue scan contributions from Murray

Well I ended up having something to do tonight, so I am putting in a little overtime and hosting these early this morning. I've been keeping these warm for quite a few months since Murray sent them to me, but hopefully they are all still fresh. I looked in the last few pages of the truly great scan thread (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=645904) and did not see any of them.
