97 Sable 6 cyl SOHC water pump help please

Is there someone out there that would be kind enough to give me step by step instructions on replacing my water pump?
I am picking up the parts tonight, water pump, gasket, thermostat and gasket as well as anti freeze. The only time I have to fix it is tomorow morning and I can't find my repair book and unfortunately can not afford to buy another one at this time.

I have replaced water pumps before, but not on this type of car, it has always been on pick up trucks, so I am familliar with the process.
Please assume I am dumb, I would much rather have too many details than not enough.
Also, could some one possibly tell me the cooling system capacity? I will flush the system as well
I would really appreciate any help anyone would be willing to give me.
