Subs power up and hum but no sound, I'm at a loss

By no means am I an expert with car audio systems but this is the system that was in my vehicle when I got it, all 3 amps power up and all the subs hum but no sound, but the front kick panel and door speakers work.

Everything was working fine until the two batteries went dead then after I charged them back up the subs just had no sound, I double checked the settings in the Pioneer unit to make sure the rear speakers were selected and they were.

With out too much detail, the system has 12, 10 inch subs powered by two 2500 watt Vipers, the Pioneer AVH-P7500 and front speakers are powered by 1 550 watt Viper amp (which do work), one Stinger SP1700 and a second SP1000 battery.

The way it looks I might have to wait until spring so I can get this thing outside to have some room and get this monstrosity of a speaker box out and see what’s going on underneath it.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

The power led will come on if the ground and auto turnon wire are connected (without the battery being connected to the amp). Look at all the fuses, you probably blew one or more.
