Does anyone know how to remove the multi-function switch. Everything for the speed of the wipers work except for the washer fluid control and the cruise control sometimes doesnt work or it will turn off while i am using it, without me turning it off, or touching the brake pedal?

I need to know how to take the turn signal switch out of my 1998 Park Avenue Ultra. Do I need to remove the steering wheel, because I am really hoping that I dont because I do not have a GM steering wheel puller and the one that AutoZone has supposedly does not work for my vehicle. Please attach tech procedure with pics if they are available. Thanks for any and all help

Your new post about needing a tech procedure for the multifunction switch MFS has been merged with the prior recent post which is based on the same issue.
I'm not sure about your year and model PA but many GM cars do not need to have the steering wheel pulled to replace the MFS. The factory service manual would be the best reference or hopefully a member that has done it weighs-in. If a steering wheel puller is needed you should use the one recommended by GM in the FSM.
