99 regal both keyfobs not working

I have a 99 regal ls and both keyfobs stopped working suddenly. I tried the reprogram tips, but never get the chimes to enter program mode. Are there fuses to check for this problem or what? It is like the receiver for the keyfob is not active.

Sorry for the late reply. What happens when you run the synchronization procedure in the owner's manual? Are you sure the batteries in the keyfobs are good?
