resin casting 1/64 scale

I have been thinking about doing this for a while now but would it be possible to cast 1/64 wheels , I know it can be done with bigger scales but but I,m worried that 1/64 scale rims might be too small to get details, reason I'm considering doing this is that 1/64 scale cars are cheap and will be fun to detail
