lightning audio is built by Rockford Fosgate at about half the cost. I stand by Rockford from previous use and I am currently using Lightning Audio. I would go with them for quality for the money. I would looks for around an 800 watt, 2 channel amp. Good luck, outta slam

Well, is it a 12W0-4, 12W0-8 or a 12W0-12?
I wouldn't give them more than 250W RMS, each.

go with audiobahn they are great. you camn hook your speakers in series to drop the impedance. the problem is you have to have an amp that can handle those ohms. if you power is 125 watts rms get a 300 watt amp

I had a Planet Audio 120 watt amp running at 2 ohms, pushing those exact subs and hitting 140.8 db. The amp really wasn't made for that because it kept cutting off, mainly because it was pushing about 500 watts:D. But the subs were fine. I would say a good power range on an amp for those subs would be any where from 200-400 watt, now the name brand, thats just a personal preference, I'm fond of MTX. They have great quality stuff. I also had a Jensen 300 watt amp running at 2 ohms hitting even later than it was on the Planet Audio. All of this was with one amp hooked up in a series...i think it series
