F-250 Possible Transmission Issue

I have a 2001 F-250 with a V-10 (6.8L) 2WD with an auto transmission.
When the truck had about 70,000 miles on it, the transmission went out (2nd gear came apart).
I have the transmission replaced and now have about 25,000 miles on it.
When I start out driving, there is a very low grinding noise that seems to follow the speed of the truck. It also seems to go away after about 25 mph, or you just can't hear it anymore.
Any similar issues?
