How to remove rear door lock?

Hi to all;

Son has a 4 door 99 sunfire. The right rear door does not close. He bought a new door lock ,took the inner door panel off but can't figure how to remove the old door lock, removed the 3 screws from the door but just sure how to remove mechanism ?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
