98 Sportage Vibration

I just bought a 98 Sportage and it has an odd vibration. It starts vibrating at 25mph then stops vibrating at 40mph and then starts vibrating again at 65mph. It feels like is coming from the front passenger side. It is an automatic and 4 wheel-drive. I noticed the ball joints and tie rod ends look new and I checked everything is torque to spec. The front axle boots look good and I’ve replaced the u-joints. I noticed on the upper control arm bolts there is some kind of adjuster I’m assuming it is to set the control arm to the proper angle (am I correct on this and if so how do you check it?). Also how are the axles attached to the front hub, is it something like a cotter pin or a C clip? Sorry for the long explanation I just wanted to cover everything I could think of.

check C clips on outer end of front axles....seebar.....when i reread your question it could just be tire balance ....will often show up at 2x first speed approx.....of vibrations first occurence....seebar
