Steve , I don't know if this will help you , but I had a similar problems with my car . The dash cluster lighting as well as all the steering wheel lighting, the door mounted power window and power locks lighting and the floor console gearshift indicator lighting would not work once the DRL's turned off and the normal headlights came on .The problem turned out to be the headlight switch . It contains all the electronics for dimming the before mentioned lighting when it's dark outside and the regular headlights come on . I replaced the switch and all is well now . I don't know if this is your problem but worth checking into . The switch isn't that expensive or difficult to change yourself . Good luck !

Hi steve. I saw your previous post about this.
The bulbs are tiny & 12vlts they are not replaceable without unsoldering the old ones from the circuit board.
If your bulbs are out, I'd check all the fuses (all 3 boxes). Make sure the wires in back are pluged in.
If you pop off the bezel around the radio. Then pull off the knobs to the hvac , you'll be able to pop off the Hvac cover and the bulbs are right there.
Here is a thread that covers the radio bezel removal and some other interior parts.

Hope that helps!
