As far as your blower motor, check your resistor in the heater ducting under the passenger side dash. Should be a four wire connector. Your back-up lights get their power from the selector switch on the transmission. Check the connectors to insure that they are clean and free of debri and no wires have come loose or broken. I'm afraid as far as the turn signals go I have'nt a clue short of doing voltage test from the combination switch out.
Since you just replaced the tranny re-check all wiring harnesses and grounds, if any were re-moved or unplugged.

On the Mystique I am not sure how the system to release the shift lever works. You do have to step on the brake in order to shift the lever into gear ? If so there should be a switch to release the locking safety pin. I will see if I can find a schematic on this.

If you have a manual see if there is a wiring diagram on the lock-out switch for the shift lever. Also how did you check the back-up lights ?

i did a a shift override i had to put a screwdriver in a square opening and turn then it would free up the shifter but still had to press the break that is how i checked the back up lights
