Welcome to AF, this includes under the hood and under the rear seat? Tested with a test lite not visual inspection?

hi and thanks for the welcome :)
all fuses good under hood and rear seat. we took them all out and checked them visually.
my mech. friend said it could be the power control module. he also said i could reset the system by touching the negative to the positive side to reset the system and that may help....

Don't do that, sounds like you may have a bad ign. switch. try and get a wiring diagram and see what is common to that circuit, autozone.com, repair guides has them. Still sounds like one of the main fuses under the hood is bad though.

hey thanks for the advice. it ended up being a 7 dollar fuse under the hood for the battery...
