Headunit Problem!!! GUYS NEED YOUR HELP!!

Hey guys.. around 12months or so ago i purchased a pioneer head unit the model is DEH-P780MP.
Recently when i was turning on my car the headunit display started fuzzying.. then worked and started fuzzying again.. but the sound and everything was working.
Then i turned the head unit off and now it doesnt turn back on.. i reset the unit and still doesnt work. i also took it out and cleanned is still nothing..
But when i was turning it on and reset it started up then went blank again!!
Please help guys this headunit cost me a arm and leg... =[

If it's a removable face, take off the face and clean the gold contacts on both the face and the body with a pencil eraser.

If What Paul Says Dose not work then The unit is Fried Common problem with Pioneer here in Australia
They just cant Handle the power draw from the rest of the system
If you have not put at least an 8gua wire for main power to the head unit
As some cars standard wiring dose not supply enough current !!!

Pioneers have a known problem with Pico fuses in the RCA lines, they will blow if you unplug the RCA's while the stereo is on.

This has fixed so many Crap Pioneer Head Units over here You would freak out at the amount I have done ( I dont sell Pioneer products ):p
