I have a 1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager I have replaced the Fuel Pump,Fuel Filter,Plugs and Wires,Cam Shaft Sensor,Crank Shaft Sensor,Map Sensor, Idle control valve, and I cleaned the injectors. At first it would start and bog down when you press the acc. pedal but now it will not start at all. it is getting 40 to 45 psi press. on the inj. rail and the spark seems weak and out of sink

My first guess, since you have replaced all the usual suspects....... bad ignition coil.........
Also, try scanning the ECM for codes.
