hello all
i own a 99 plymouth neon and it just up and shut off the other week.... people told me to check for spark and fuel and all kind of things .... well it came down to hearing the fuel pump turn on when you turn the key over witch i did not hear. so i put a new fuel pump in..... it turns out it was a 20 amp small fuse in fuse box under the hood.... but the problem is it keeps blowing this fuse what could be doing this and should i put a 30 amp fuse in and see what happens.... please help me its letting me sit along side the road several times......

im guessing its the 20 amp fuse for the fuel pump relay, asd relay according to the service manual the fuse powers multiple circuits. I would remove the fuel pump relay, o2 sensor relay and asd relay. install a fuse or circuit breaker if you have one. install the relays one at a time until the fuse blows.

the pcm controls the fuel pump relay, check all related wiring. does the fuse still blow??
