A few weeks ago I was driving my 95 transport at night with the brights on, and then suddenly they went out, then would come on for a few and then go out, and now they are completly out, The light on the dash for the brights doesn't on now, And now a few days ago, I was driving in the dark with only my dims on and they suddenly went out, after I stopped for a few minutes they came on again, and havnt had a problem with the dims since, still having a issue with the HighBeams. Can anyone help?

The headlights are protected by an auto reset circuit breaker, which trips when it is overloaded, and once cool ( after a few seconds) resets itself. This is why your lights are flashing on and off, indicating an overload. Have you had an accident or some mechanical repair in the vicinity of the headlight harness, this is where to start to look. If not, the harness for the passenegers lights go in a bundle running under the radiator, and this bundle can be prone to corrosion. You may have to unwrap it to check for green corrosion or lose splices or wires running together.

All of the above probable. You can test the overload breaker (labelled DRL below) by swapping it with one beside. Check rating though...
