1998 Conti MAF readings

What is the range for the MAF sensor.

ok, I replaced the maf again and it reads at .5 at idle. I test drove the following cars and tested MAF at idle. All read about 10.

I replaced

TPS sensor
MAF Twice
DFPE Sensor
removed / cleaned EGR valev/ throttle body /tested /replaced with new gaskets
changed plugs / ran injector cleaner x2
dropped fuel tank. cleaned fuel pump assy ( which was very clean)
replaced fuel filter
tested for 25 lbs on the fuel rail / 30 with pedal floored



My 1998 Lincoln w/ 100 K seems to have a hesitation /jerk but 2 transmissions guy thought this could be engine related

2007 Ford mustang.

after cleaning the oxygen sensor before the cat( I had p0171 and P0174 all gone now) , my long term fuel trims went from 24.9 to 15 and my short tems went from 32.8 to -6 to 16. My average MPG was 20.1 in Atlanta traffic which I think is good any I now have NO CODES. I have incomplete test ran on the car for the following using a scan tool.

EGR INC
CAT MON INC
OXYGEN MON INC/ Did read ok at one time
EVAP INC but the following were ok

misfire mon OK
fuel system OK
COMP Component OK


Would this indicate a PCM issue. Whee is it located???
