timing gear sprocket and pulley

First of all my timing gear sprocket broke so i had it replaced but the pulley is shakey still could the pulley be bent?it didnt look bent the guy told me either the pulley could be bent or my crankshaft is no good so what do u think?and what chould of made the sprocket break ant advice?:banghead:
