Could it be a problem with the crankshaft position sensor? Have you tried starting fluid to see if it would fire, pull a plug to see if it is wet or fouled. I would also see if you can pull any DTC from the car's computer.

Check the fuel pressure,GMs will not run under the specified fuel pressure specs. It could be a bad fuel pump.

I had a similar problem the other day on my 98 GTP... of course it was -5* F here. Couple shots of starting fluid and a can of dry gas did the trick. I love winter time lol. Well I dont know how cold it is where you live but just a thought.

#1 Question...

Does the car have spark?

3800V6's will run under the spec pressure... They will run in the 30's, not very well but they will run..

48-55 Psi is the range you will be looking for..

The OP says he has "gas" and "spark". So I assume he's got adequate pressure. I would next check out injector pulses.

How many miles are on this car?

That is one thing I forgot, the injectors could have a problem.

I've got a 99 GTP that wouldn't start. Turned out to be the MAS. Disconnect it and see if it will start. It will run ratty, but if thats the prob it will fire.
