Okay, so I am going to be replacing the Ignition Coil, spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Question is, what is better, MSD equipment, or ACCEL equipment. Hmmm. Let the debating begin!! Oh and I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 5,9L gas hog. :)

Come on guys, some of you have to have an opinion about these two brands. :D

IMO both are not worth the money. Anytime I have used these brands, (incl. Moroso) especially Accel, I have eventually had trouble.
For a stock or near-stock vehicle, I have found OEM parts to be cheaper and more reliable in the long run.
IMHO don't get sucked in by their big advertising campaigns. Thier advertising is very effective at creating uncertainty about OEM parts in the minds of car enthusiasts.
Stick with OEM parts.

f$&k Accel i had there system on my truck first i hated it , then i got MSD because i was so sick of Accel . i bought the 6AL ignition box , 8.5 mm wires , and also the coil with cap and rotor . i just bought the Mallory distributor for the truck and it works great too....
