New member question regarding 98

Hi-
I am ready to upgrade to a Town Car. Actually, I have been ready for about 10 years, but life got in the way. I have my eye on a gorgeous 98 Cartier edition with 44000 miles on the ticker and a price tag of $6999. First, is this price about right for a lightly used, but 10 year old LTC? Second, and more importantly, are there any known problems with that years production? I have gone back a year on this site and I am familiar with the air suspension wearing out, but anything else?
