Tibruon tranny

I have a 97 Hyundai Tibruon 2.0 automatic. I put a new tranny in it but as i put it in my clutch end cover cracked. I think the torgue converter is not all the way in. If any one has had this problem and found a solution to this problem please help. I want to get my baby on the road.
