ABS Control Module

I have a 1996 Lincoln Conti. with 150k miles on it.
The ABS light and Check Traction Control warning
lights come on right when the car is started.
I'm thinking a faulty ABS module is the cause.

Does anyone know where the ABS Control Module
located at? I heard that the module is located
on the Hydraulic Control Unit... Is this true?
If so, then does anyone know where the HCU
is located at?

Have you checked the ABS Relay at all?

This is where it was on an '88 Conti..

The Electronic Brake Control Module is located in the lower RH panel in the luggage compartment (trunk). To replace it:

Disconnect battery ground cable.
Disconnect electrical connector from electronic controller,
Remove electronic controller attaching screws and the controller.
Reverse procedure to install. \
