Thanks for the help here on the forums.
Carquest was the only store with JUST the upper intake manifold gasket.
Being an amatuer, I was nervous. It all went well. I pulled up the intake manifold and found NO gasket left! I cleaned it up carefully and installed the new gasket. It took about 30 minutes for me. No more codes. I heard right off a different running engine. No Whooshing sounds. Also, it Idles perfectly now...no more jittery, jumping at the stop sign.
Automotive Forums saved me a bunch of money! Thanks to all your advice here.

2001 Explorer Sport 4.0 4X4 I just had thoses two codes cleared Bank 1 & 2 too lean. I did plugs n wires and noticed a signifigant difference in the way it runs, its been about 4 days and no check engine light back yet. But i have noticed lately a rough idle on freezing cold start-up also seems to me like the idle jumps way too high up when first started. Goes up to about 2000-2500rpm then rests around a grand or a little better. Were you having any of these issues, or do you think i have a sensor issue. Any help at all will be greatly appreciated.

No, I didn't run into that problem. My engine would idle really bad. It never quit running. The gasket I changed was almost totally worn away. Not much left to clean off!
