Chevy Silverado - Need Help

Hey guys, I'm new here. Mostly an aircraft modeler, but I do a little armor sometimes and this is where that subject has strangely merged with pickup trucks. Came across these as I was searching for some armored HUMVEE pictures on Flickr.

They show a private contractor's Chevy Silverado (not sure what year or model) fitted with a turret box in the bed plus a few other 'refinements'. I was wondering if anyone could help me identify a kit (probably the Revell '99 Chevy Silverado CK for the first two?) that I could use to build this. Also..if someone could point me in the direction of some tire rims that match those in the photos...that would be awesome! :D

Dually - This one's from the same contractor I think, just a 3500 dually I think :P
