02 Montero Sport LMTD AWD / o2 Sensor?

80K Getting error code P0134 from the OBDII. I know this is the o2 sensor in bank 1, sensor 1. I have the shop manual on cd from the dealership but it doesn't specify which is on what side...passenger or driver, or if bank 1 is in front or rear.
I am also getting P0506 which is idle control system rpm low, but think that's related to the P0134.
I pulled out the O2 sensors in front and cleaned both and the light went out for about 50 miles then came back on.
A couple months back the car completely cut off and wouldn't run and i took it to the shop and they cleaned out they soaked the throttle body twice.
Also getting a strange bucking from vehicle (not when accelerating) between 1 and 2K RPMS.
My AWD transfer lever is also not working. Doesn't want to shift almost like it's stuck.
