I used mobile 1 5w-30, it's all about personal preference.

i heard good things about rotella t shell oil but i was going to use mobile one so i will porbally go with mobile 1 and should i use synthetic

actually on the cap it should say mobil 1 0W 40 ONLY!!!

i got the extended protection 10w 30 should i use ow-40

Not sure what cap you have but mine says 5w30.
