Need rebuild or used transmission, 1985 320i

:1zhelp: I have a 1985 320i with a 240 getrack tranmission. I need a place to either rebuild this one or find a used one. Does anyone here know where I can get one or have a rebuild done? This is a grey market car. With a 2.7 liter motor. 5 speed standard numbers on transmission are,
1st line: 240.0.0132.90
2nd line: 225
3rd line: 2.2
:banghead: This is how I am feeling about getting this fixed!

Did a little research with RealOEM.Com ,a BMW parts house. Near as I can figure out, because it's a European E30, parts are available if you want to rebuild the gearbox! USA cars haven't had parts available since 1981 from the dealers. Now for the bad news, a rebuilt unit runs around $2,500.00 !!!! I suggest you go to that website & plug in your VIN & proceed to look up the trans you need. Good luck!
