find the bolt at the bottom of the steering colum and take it out. Move you seat back and then it should drop all the way to the floor.:D

theres another topic on here where i posted pictures of my dash reskinning. be prepared for a good bit of work, cause that ash is hella screwed and glued together. the stuff is stronger than liquid nail. its like plastic weld fused with epoxy. but once its apart, the actual reskinning isnt bad at all. just get some good fabric with a little stretch, and some 3M super 90 adhesive. clean all the parts with lacquer thinner first. CAUTION, the thinner takes all the color outta the parts, so if you arent sure you wanna jump in head first, then make up your mind before you start.

its easier to paint, or die it. if you wrap it that will come off easier than painting it. just paint it right and it wont come off.

if u wrap it right it wont come off also, clean it well, spray contact cement on it, lay w/e it is ur using on it smooth out wrinkles and let it dry before putting it in

 the obvious thing to do here is just wrap it, then dye over the wrap.. so when the dye wears off.. you still got wrap ! :finger:
