95 mustang gt stalls while driving

i have a 95 gt 5.0 ho 5 speed runs good idles 1800 rpms (i know what that is) but while cruising stalls momentarily. and restarts while coasting in gear sometimes.
other times it won't. Doesn't do it all the time. also while driving i'll stop and shut it off, and won;t start for 10 to 20 minutes. but it doesn't do that all the time either. On the norm, usually turn key on and off then it fires up. HELP?>>
have replaced battery terminals, cap ,rotor, and ignition module.
