2001 Windsheild Wipers

Hi, I have a 2001 Dodge Ram and my windshield don't return to home position when turned off. When I have it on Delay it works fine, but when I turn them right to off they stop where every the currently are and don't return unless I turn them back on and wait till they are down then turn them off. Any help with this will be great! Thanks guys!!

i have the same problem did u ever solve this issue
i fixed it today it cost me $60 for a new wiper motor that was not hard to replace
