How often are you supposed to take the Murcielago to the shop?
How often are you to get the "oil changed"?
Is it relatively expensive? You spoke of "bleeding the clutch" and some other work they may have done the last time you went in. Compared to a "normal" car (such as, say, a Saturn), how much more expensive is it to maintain?
It has been theorized since the days of old that maintenance on supercars is expensive; that if someone with an average income were to win one of these cars, they wouldn't be able to afford the maintenance.
Also, you may have answered this already, but what kind of gas are you supposed to use? What kind of oil?

hey tony, i have two questions.#1 what kind of oil do you use on the murcielago?#2 how much insurance do you pay?
Tony_Ensemble
03-23-2003, 05:22 PM
I'll have to check on the oil. But my insurance on an NSX, S500, ES300, Murcielago all together is 9K/yr. I dont know individually. But I guess that its more than half the Murc.
The gas is supreme or whatever the highest grade is.

TONY! some ppl that i know think a viper would beat a lamborghini do you think its true, and another question what if they were both racing with the highest hp the engine could handle?:(
allanlambo
03-26-2003, 05:31 PM
A stock Viper will not win. Ive raced Vipers in my old 1992 Diablo and my new Sv, and beaten them. Only problem with the Viper is that there is a huge aftermarket following, and then it becomes alittle tricky. But then again, you can make a pinto fast. Stock for stock, LAMBO everytime.

Hey allanlambo, I want to see pics of your diablo. Ill belive that when I see it. If you dont have one dont be stupid like me and post thumbnails of a Murcielago and 360 modena that I claimed I had. Yes I told everyone that I had a Murci, 360 Modena, Arnage R, and a Corvette Z06.

I have a question for you, Tony. I was curious if you have ever had or ever thought about getting any professional driver's training? I do know they have a Lambo school out east but I don't know too much about it. Thanks!

Hey Tim,
I'll probably get around to it this year. They dont have a Lambo school I know of in the Texas area, but there are courses that will train you in whatever car you bring.
If you find out more about the Lambo school, make a post.

The racist comments were the worst part.
The general immaturity I expect on the internet. I even enjoy that a bit. I dunno. I like people in general and I think that they are ususally good at heart. I'm not perfect so I try not to be too hard on people.
But we were talkng about Lambo school. I would have liked to go to that instead of college.
